Made with water-resistant and stain-resistant material and traditional buckle and loop for a secure fit. Use between 4-9 weeks of age. ***Instructions: Collars should fit snugly, but not too tightly. For litters of more than 9 puppies/kittens, buy multiple packs and use the numbers to distinguish between collars of the same color.
